At TLLH®, daily A la Carte Breakfast, afternoon snacks, and a deliciously changing set-menu are all included in your accommodation rate. We offer a Total Experience, where every detail is crafted to suit your preference, whether it’s enjoying exquisite flavors or accommodating your specific dietary needs. From lactose intolerance to plant-based choices, we ensure your meals are not only safe but also unforgettable.

 

#LACTOSE-FREE: ENJOY DAIRY-FREE DELIGHTS

If you’re lactose intolerant or simply avoid dairy, you’ll find plenty of delicious options on our menu.
Your daily changing set menu for dinner, as included in your accommodation rate, will be thoughtfully adapted by Chef Jiwa Raga to suit your needs. Once you inform us of any dietary restrictions, such as lactose intolerance, rest assured that we’ll take care of everything, no worries at all! Once you inform us of your pescatarian diet, Chef Jiwa Raga will automatically customize your daily dinner set-menu to provide a pescatarian-friendly experience.

For those who avoid gluten due to celiac disease or sensitivity, most of our dishes can be made gluten-free, designed to keep you safe and satisfied. We understand how important it is to avoid cross-contamination, so we take extra care in preparing our gluten-free meals. From gluten-free pastries and cookies to pasta, pizza, and decadent desserts, we ensure you don’t miss out on any of the deliciousness. Your wish is our command. As all our creations are homemade, we kindly ask for a 2-3 hours notice for gluten-free pizzas, pastas, and pastries to ensure the best preparation.
