At my latest creation, inspired by a healthy lifestyle—Ibu Antje’s Botanical Bar—botanical mixology takes centre stage. My alcohol-free creations are crafted exclusively from pure, natural ingredients harvested from our organic gardens. Fresh herbs, flowers, fruits, and roots are carefully composed into elegant flavour profiles that are layered, balanced, and memorable. There are no compromises, only elevation. Each drink reflects our belief that true luxury is defined by quality, craftsmanship, and intention.
