The Lombok Lodge PADI Certified Dive Centre at Lombok Private Villa Estate and as well at The Lombok Lodge Boutique Hotel, led by professional PADI divers, offer a range of dive sessions, courses, and dive safaris. Our dive centers provides quality equipment and personalized services to ensure a memorable diving experience.

The beach in front of The Lombok Lodge Boutique Hotel offers a naturally rugged shoreline with calm, swimmable waters and an exquisite coral reef located approximately 200 metres offshore—perfect for snorkeling and a refreshing dip. From time to time, we are even graced by the presence of sea turtles just off the coast, which is always a special moment for our guests.

For an even more white-sand beach experience, we are delighted to offer a daily boat shuttle to Bagno Di Gili – our exclusive private Beach Club at Gili Meno. It’s one of the inclusions of our Package Retreats. Indeed. A helipad is available at The Lodge, as well as at Lombok Private Villa Estate.

5. IS SURFING AVAILABLE?

The South of Lombok has the the best surfing breaks and there are others near Senggigi area. Unfortunately there are no closer surfing areas available near the properties. The best months for surf explorations are March to the end of April, and September through to November when the trade winds are low.

While twice-daily housekeeping is included in your stay, please note that laundry services are available at an additional charge.

We offer the following convenient options:

At The Lombok Lodge Boutique Hotel, our OFYR Grill Restaurant at Lombok Private Villa Estate – Gondang Beach, and the OFYR Grill Beach Outlet at Gili Meno, we kindly request guests to observe a smart casual dress code for dinner. Our aim is to ensure a comfortable yet elegant dining atmosphere for all. While relaxed and casual attire is very welcome, we kindly ask that singlets and beachwear not be worn during evening dining. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

5. WHAT DOES THE LOMBOK LODGE ‘RIJSTAFEL EXPERIENCE’ MEAN

Our ‘Rijstafel Experience’ offers guests a unique Indonesian dining experience, featuring traditional dishes designed for sharing, allowing guests to savor a variety of flavors.

6. WHAT ABOUT THE FOOD OUTLETS?

Our food outlets at The Lombok Lodge Boutique Hotel include Flavors Restaurant and L’Osteria Lombok. At Lombok Private Villa Estate, meals are usually served the privacy of the villas. Each villa is equipped with a professional kitchen. A private butler is available 24H and a private Chef is available for breakfast and dinner services. The Estate OFYR Grill Restaurant is open for special Chef’s Grill Table experiences after reservation.

Bagno Di Gili offers unique Chef’s Grill Table Concepts for lunch and as well as private beach barbecues for guests staying overnight at the Bagno Di Gili Tented Rooftop Villa.

For Villa Residents at The Estate, we offer, in addition to dining at the privacy of one of our beach villas, the option to dine at The Lombok Lodge Boutique Hotel, Medana Bay, home to Flavors Restaurant for dinner. A complimentary private 15-20 minutes car service ensures seamless transportation between both properties.

PRICING & POLICIES

1. WHY ARE PRICES ACCOMPANIED BY A ‘++’ SIGN?

Prices in Indonesia are accompanied by a “++” sign, indicating that rates are subject to 21% service and government taxes, including a regional tax and service charge.

2. CAN I CHANGE MONEY IN LOMBOK?

There are indeed money changing facilities on the island. We would like to suggest to change your currency at the Lombok airport or in Mataram area, as no money changing facilities are available in the North of the island. Credit cards can be used at The Lodge, however not at all local shops and bar. The nearest ATM is available at about 10 minutes from The Lodge / The Estate

4. WHAT IS THE TIPPING POLICY?

A 10% service charge is added to your bill.  Additional tipping is not required but, of course, certainly appreciated.

5. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

LOMBOK ACCOMMODATION

1. WHAT IS THE MAIN DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE LODGE SUITE AND THE POOLSIDE LODGE SUITE?

The interiors of the POOLSIDE Lodge Suites and the Standard Lodge Suites are similar. The only difference between both Lodge Types is the location – The POOLSIDE Lodges offer the most stunning view (premium ocean view guaranteed) and direct access from the private terrace to The Lodge beautiful 25m infinity pool.

2. ARE THERE ANY LODGE SUITES OR VILLAS WITH TWIN BEDS?

Some of our Luxury One-Bedroom Lodge Suites offer indeed a Twin-Bed Set-up option.
One Bedroom of our 3-Bedroom Family Lodge Suite can bee provided as well with Twin-Bed if required. All accommodation types, including our new Pool Villas can be set-up as a Hollywood Twin Bedded Room.

4. WHAT ABOUT THE BED SIZES?

You can choose between Double King Size or Twin Bed at The Lombok Lodge. The size of our comfortable double lodge-beds is 2m x 2m, the twin beds are 1m x 2m. Twin beds are not available at the Luxury POOLSIDE Lodge Suites.

5. DO YOU HAVE LODGES AVAILABLE WITH PRIVATE POOL AT THE LOMBOK LODGE BOUTIQUE HOTEL?

Should you prefer to have a private pool, we highly recommend to book a Private Beach Villa at the brand new Private Villa Estate by The Lombok Lodge Hospitality®, located at 15-20minutes from The Lombok Lodge, Boutique Hotel, Medana Bay.

Should you wish to explore beyond your villa, you have the option to dine at The Lombok Lodge Boutique Hotel, Medana Bay and home to Flavors Restaurant for dinner. LOMBOK WITH CHILDREN

1. DO YOU HAVE BABYSITTERS AVAILABLE?

Yes, we do have babysitters available upon request. Our team will be pleased to assist you with babysitting your child/children. The charge of USD 10++, price per hour apply. For parents who want a quiet dinner, or to enjoy any of our wonderful daytime excursions, please be reassured that our friendly childcare is a great choice. However, presently, if you are looking for highly qualified caregivers with first aid credentials, we recommend keeping your little ones in your company.

2. I PLAN ON BRINGING MY MAID/NANNY, IS THERE ANYWHERE SHE CAN STAY?

For Familie staying at The Lombok Lodge Boutique Hotel, nanny/maid accommodation is available at a nearby resort at about 5 minutes from The Lodge.
For families staying in one of the Private Beach Villas at the brand new Private Villa Estate, an extra room for your nanny/maid is available at your villa. Additional charges will apply.

3. ARE EXTRA BEDS AVAILABLE?

Absolutely! We would be happy to provide one additional bed. We lóve it to welcome children! All rooms are very spacious, so the additional bed will not cause inconveniences. One additional children bed is available with the charge of USD 135++ per child per bed per night including a children meal plan for one child (-12y). One additional teenager/adult bed is available with the charge of USD 200++, price per bed per night; including adult meal plan for one teenager/adult.

HEALTH CARE

1. DO YOU HAVE ANY MEDICAL FACILITIES?

A doctor is available on call. Moreover, we are working with SOS International (internationalsos.com) to ensure your wellbeing and safety. SOS International provides not only immediate access to medical experts with extensive experience in all fields of medicine but also a deep understanding of the local environment and healthcare system.

For more extensive treatments, the closest local hospital is just 10 minutes away in the Tanjung area. Furthermore,Mataram’s hospitals are located 45 minutes from The Lodge. Depending on the guest’s insurance and requirements, we assist in facilitating medical evacuations from The Lombok Lodge Helipad or Lombok Airport (a 70-minute ambulance drive) to Bali or Singapore.
