Each morning, I offer my guests a small gesture of joy.
A complimentary morning cocktail. Sometimes purely botanical and alcohol-free, sometimes with a delicate sparkle for those who feel that a holiday morning deserves champagne.
Always included. Always thoughtful. Always yours.
Because let us be honest … Some mornings call for green juice.
And some mornings politely request bubbles.
I never argue with either.

A Personal Story Behind the Botanical Bar

Of course, a cocktail or a glass of bubbles in the morning, during a well-deserved holiday, is hardly a problem. In fact, I rather insist on it. Creating these little moments of indulgence for you, our guests, is truly my pleasure.Let me share something very real.

Like many couples today, I have seen how easily a simple glass can become a daily habit. Especially working in hospitality and being surrounding daily with interesting persons from around the world who have something to celebrate during their holidays

My Botanical Bar was created with love – and yes, with a gentle intention – to bring a little more balance into everyday life.
Let us just say… it helps not to drink alcohol every single day.
And I know my husband Ben and I are not alone in this.

But please don’t misunderstand me – this is not about restriction.
It is about offering something so beautiful, so refined, and so satisfying… that choosing alcohol-free becomes a pleasure, not a compromise.

Today, many of us enjoy a more balanced rhythm – sometimes alcohol-free, sometimes not. Some call it “zebra striping.” I simply call it living well.

At my Botanical Bar, you will find elegant zero-proof creations. Complex, layered, and crafted with the same care as the finest cocktails.
And for those who love their wine, champagne, or a perfectly mixed drink… I celebrate that too.
No judgment. No rules.
