In North Lombok’s peaceful Medana Bay, The Lombok Lodge is a calming palette of whites, blues and greens. Designed by Italian architect and interior designer Vittorio Simoni, the nine luxury rooms range from one-bedroom lodges to spacious two and three-room Family Lodges. All boast ocean vistas except for the panoramic lodge, which offers views of the serene, verdant garden.
Rooms are minimalist yet elegant, so as not to take away from the striking views – think cream-coloured furnishings, natural materials, and linen curtains billowing in the breeze. Moreover, bathrooms are kitted with freestanding tubs and open-air rainfall showers, while luxury Acqua di Parma toiletries keep you refreshed in the tropical heat. Additionally, rooms come with complimentary yoga mats, and private yoga sessions are available in the seaside yoga pavilion, ensuring a truly relaxing experience.
There’s also a gym and complimentary bicycles. But if you plan on staying horizontal, the treatments at the spa may be more tempting.
Dining options include Flavors Lombok for traditional Lombok and Indonesian dishes with a fine dining twist. L’Osteria Lombok for Italian cooking. Romantic dinners under the stars are available.
> The Poolside Lodge Suites have direct access to the pool deck and 25-metre infinity pool, so you can roll out of bed and dive in.

This philosophy is beautifully reflected throughout The Lombok Lodge Hospitality®, where the number nine appears as a subtle yet meaningful signature of serenity and refined luxury. TLLH® is home to 9 elegant Lodge Suites at The Lombok Lodge Boutique Hotel and 9 Private Luxury Villas at Lombok Private Villa Estate on Lombok mainland and 9 tranquil Beach Gazebos overlooking the idyllic Turtle Point at Gili Meno.
Feng Shui Harmony at The Lombok Lodge | The Condé Nast Traveller Art of Luxury Living
Did you know that, in Feng Shui wisdom, ponds traditionally feature 9 koi fish to symbolise prosperity, harmony and the continuous flow of positive energy? The number nine is also believed to strengthen the circulation of beneficial Chi – enhancing calmness, emotional clarity and overall wellbeing.
At The Lombok Lodge Hospitality, the presence of nine becomes more than coincidence; it reflects a subtle harmony woven throughout the entire guest experience.
Much like the spirit celebrated by Condé Nast Traveller, every detail at The Lombok Lodge Hospitality has been intentionally curated to create a sense of balance, beauty and timeless wellbeing – transforming each stay into a deeply restorative luxury experience.
