Under Chef Jiwa’s guidance, traditional recipes become memorable creations as guests learn the techniques and secrets behind some of Indonesia’s most beloved dishes.

Following the cooking experience, enjoy a thoughtfully prepared two-course lunch featuring dishes created with your participation.
