Cancellation Policy

Reservations at The Lombok Lodge are typically made one year to six months in advance and most International and domestic flights to Lombok are fully booked two to three months prior to planned arrival dates. Therefore we have little chance to re-sell cancelled accommodation and must treat cancelled bookings as unrecoverable.

Amendments to your reservation or cancellations must be made by email to reservation@thelomboklodge.com. We do not accept cancellations, neither amendments to reservations, by phone or text message. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Low-Season Reservations

Reservations must be cancelled at the latest 14 days prior to the date of arrival, before 3 pm local time, for all room types.

For cancellations made later than 14 days prior to the date of arrival, no-shows, or early departures, we reserve the right to charge guests for the full duration of the stay, including all applicable taxes and service charges.

High-Season Reservations

Reservations must be cancelled at the latest 45 days prior to the date of arrival, before 3 pm local time, for all room types.

For cancellations made later than 45 days prior to the date of arrival, no-shows, or early departures, we reserve the right to charge guests for the full duration of the stay, including all applicable taxes and service charges.

Peak-Season Reservations

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Reservations must be cancelled at the latest 45 days prior to the date of arrival, before 3 pm local time, for all room types.

For cancellations made later than 45 days prior to the date of arrival, no-shows, or early departures, we reserve the right to charge guests for the full duration of the stay, including all applicable taxes and service charges.
