Reservations at one of the properties of The Lombok Lodge Hospitality® are typically made one year to six months in advance, and most international and domestic flights to Lombok are fully booked two to three months prior to arrival dates. Therefore we have little chance to re-allocate cancelled accommodation, and must treat cancelled bookings as unrecoverable and enforce a strict cancellation policy

Amendments to your reservation or cancellations must be made by email to reservation@thelomboklodge.com. We do not accept cancellations, no amendments to reservations, by phone or text message. Thank you for your kind understanding.

If you wish to cancel or shorten your booking, prior to- or during your stay, please note that the deposit will be forfeited. A notice of 45 days or more is required to maintain the deposit as credit for the future. This credit can be spent at the property, or held for a future booking.

As an intimately sized property with limited Suites & Villas, we are forced to hold our cancellation policy and, for this reason, we strongly suggest the purchase of travel insurance.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 25% non-refundable down payment is required at the time of booking. In case of cancellation more than 45 days prior to arrival, deposit charges will be processed and held as credit for a future reservation. Kindly note that your new reservation is subject to room availability and applicable rates during the new period of preference.

Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to arrival, will incur a 100% cancellation charge of the entire stay, including applicable taxes and fees. No floating credits will be held for cancellations received less than 45 days prior to the day of arrival.
