Press Release – All Indonesia Arrival Declaration Mandatory from October 1, 2025

The Government of the Republic of Indonesia has officially launched the All Indonesia Application, a unified and mandatory digital system for arrival declarations for international passengers at all airports and seaports in Indonesia. Effective October 1, 2025, every passenger arriving from abroad must complete an arrival declaration using this application.

The All Indonesia App integrates immigration, customs, health, and quarantine declaration services into a single digital platform. The application is available both as a web-based system – allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id – and a mobile app that can be downloaded from Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Passengers can fill out the declaration up to three days before arrival.
The system is designed to simplify arrival procedures, increase passenger convenience, and deliver a faster, safer, and more efficient travel experience for all travelers.

Indonesia’s Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, stated that the first impression travelers get upon arrival is extremely important, and the All Indonesia System helps improve that experience. Passengers only need to complete one declaration, which shortens inspection times and enables the use of automated immigration gates.
