We will NOT accept those who have tested positive for COVID-19, are exhibiting symptoms, or are currently waiting for test results.
In light of COVID-19, we fully understand the concerns around travelling during this time and therefore in these uncertain times we have amended our cancellation policy for direct reservations through our official site.
Your 25% down-payment is required at the time of reservation, however your reservation can be postponed at any time, for any reason, free of charge. Your downpayment is non-refundable and will be used as a credit for your future reservation.
